Would you like to sell your property in the area of Pylos or Messini ?

Should you find a suitable purchaser of your property through PYLOS REAL ESTATE,
the following conditions apply:

1. PYLOS REAL ESTATE will be mentioned explicitly in the sales contract as a mediator
   between you and the purchaser.

2. For properties up to a sales price of 1'00'000 EURO, PYLOS REAL ESTATE
   will charge you a fee of 2% of the price fixed with the buyer.

3. For properties above 1'000'000 EURO, the fee will be just 1%  of the price fixed with the
   buyer.

This fee includes the following services:

• Contact with possible buyers via EMail and telephone
• Visits of your properties with potential buyers
• Processing of the sale if you cannot be on site
  This includes:
• Organising lawyers and notaries
• Authorities procedures (you know it)
• Administrative work
• Regularly updated information about the status of your project
